Washers for electric motor mounts

I am restoring an electric motor and the washers on the attaching brackets are smashed flat and some of the edges are missing. Where can new washers be gotten? I have the central metal pieces.

There are a lot of them on e-bay & if you can't find them there McMaster Carr will have them.
