59 Instrument Cluster plastic cover

Does anyone reproduce the plastic instrument cluster cover? Every one I find is cracked or scratched terribly. I am referring to the plastic cover over the speedometer and gauges.

I hunch that is a part of the molded shell with the chrome plated frame with the lights circuits on the back. They do show up on eBay.
Watch for pitting of the chrome plated plastic.
