Looking for vent window knobs

Greetings all,

I have a 58 retractable and am in need of the knobs for the vent door. I am finding nothing on the web for 58 and 59. Lots of 55's 56's and tons of truck vent door knobs from the late 50's.

Does anyone know if they're interchangeable from the late 50's. Kind of curious why 58 and 59 Fairlane vent door handles are so rare???

Not sure exactly what you're looking for. Your thread title mentions vent window knobs.
You might have better luck finding a complete vent window (handles, button/knobs and all) like these on eBay:

If you're looking for the plastic knob that opens and closes the 'AIR' vent door, I don't see those specifically listed anywhere either. They look exactly like these though:

Seems like there should be some way to make that work.

Also noticed your inquiry from a few months ago. Did you ever get the lighter/knob etc? Might be able to make that knob Dave recommended work too.?.
