1959 Trunk Mat colors

There appear to be two different trunk mat color options for 59s
21B Large Plaid and 29B Blue Houndstooth
Anyone know when either is used? Was is an early/late build date thing or did it coordinate with the car color?

Hi,
There was an unrestored early 59 Skyliner at this years convention that had the Plaid trim of a 58 (before the change over). Check the main section for some conversations on it.
