luggage bin

I am putting in a luggage bin in the trunk of my 57 my understanding is that they are all painted white. Also are they bolted to the floor of the trunk or to the spare tire lid? the one I have has anchor bolts but not sure where they go.

the luggage tub clips to the front with tabs on the floor of the trunk. On the back are two wing bolts that thread into the cover of the spare tire. No bolts to the floor just wing nuts to the spare tire cover. I am sure with a quick search on the internet a picture could be had.
