Roof locks not together

I am essentially done putting back together my 58. All systems are working but when unlocking the top, the back locks complete unlocking about 2 or 3 seconds before the front ones. This causes the rear screws to bang. Then when the front screws are disengaged, the roof has a few second delay before it starts to retract. Is this to be expected or is there an adjustment I can make to have things work together.

does anyone rewind these American Bosh motors.
Does anyone Add STP to the little gear boxes anymore? or squirt oil in top of deck jacks anymore ? with oil catch rags? this free s up Current folks .
