Help Needed getting Parts

Hello folks... I was wondering if anyone has had recent dealings with Hard Reproductions (Lyle Hutchins Jr.) out of Rolla Missouri? I PAID for (2) sets of Rocker molding Hockey Sticks & Clips for my '58 Retractable & '58 Convertible back in January 5th of 2000...(15+ years ago) and still have not received them. It was always 'we're just waiting for parts to be fabricated'? "waiting for this," "waiting for that?" I seem to check in with him about 4 times a year and can't seem to get an honest answer or any Resolution or commitment from him...? I'd simply like to get my parts OR my $780.00 back! Any help would be appreciated!!! Thank You in Advance!
