How was the attendance at the convention in Rhode Island? Patty and I passed this year as round trip it would have been 6 hard days of driving from North Dakota.

It's a long trip from Nebraska too, but only about 6 hours by air including layovers! I'd much rather drive my car to the convention and am already looking forward to next year in Frankenmuth, MI. That's driving distance for me.

Attendance at the Rhode Island convention was somewhat lower than previous years. There were a good number of people, but not as many cars. I think there were well over 100 people at the Awards Banquet dinner, but only around 30 cars. Most of the cars were from the East Coast area that a lot of us hadn't seen before, so that was a plus.
