Engine paint sheen & color

On a 59 Skyliner what type of black paint should be used for Manifold, heater motor, horns, water pump pulley etc? Should it be gloss, semi gloss, flat, satin etc?

Also - Is the argent paint that is used for water pump etc gloss or semi gloss?

The engine block would be a gloss, water pump would have been painted with engine (same color) accessories to motor, pulleys, starter, horns ect would be semi gloss black.
The manifolds would be unpainted or painted with cast iron grey, the intake manifold would be painted on the engine (same color).
There is no argent paint on the water pump but argent would be used on the power steering reservoir (semi gloss), the pump & pulley would be semi gloss black.
Judges do not deduct points for over restoring, such as using gloss paint instead of semi-gloss, at least they shouldn't.
