Mounting body to frame after frame restoration

I removed the body from my 57 to do some structural work and am ready to reassemble, and am looking for all the help that I can get. How do I go about using the proper spacers, shims, and proper measurements. The rubber(pressed paper) spacers and washers were in bad shape.

I have the same situation with my 57. The frame and body have been completely redone and it is now ready to mate together. I have the isolators but still looking for the proper bolts.
