Hi,
I have a 59 Skylner with a 352 engine. I am trying to figure out what stickers/labels there should be in the engine compartment. Morespecifically the Air Cleaner cover etc. Any detail/pictures would be most helpful.
Thanks

It's a dry heat!
the '59 engines do not have decals on them. You knew the engine size by the color of the valve covers and air cleaner. It you are building a car to be as original as possible do not use decals. The red paint represented the 312 , green was for the 332 and blue was for the 352.

Joe,
59 with red valve cover & air cleaner was a 292. After 57, 312 was only available in a mercury.
